Terms of service

This website is operated by Rania Mezraani in her personal capacity. References to “Rania”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these policies mean Rania Mezraani, the website operator and provider of the digital resources.

These terms cover your use of this website and its downloadable resources. Read the product description, price and delivery information before ordering. You must provide accurate contact details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

The Awareness Shop provides self-guided digital materials. A workbook purchase does not include a coaching appointment, a live session or a subscription. Any separately agreed coaching services are outside the scope of a workbook purchase and are not sold through the Paddle workbook checkout.

Digital resources

Digital workbooks, eBooks, worksheets and free tools are supplied as downloadable files for personal use. No printed product is shipped. You need a compatible PDF reader, sufficient device storage and an internet connection to download a PDF.

A paid workbook is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal. After verified payment, the order confirmation page provides protected download access. Save your downloaded copy for your own use and keep your private order link secure.

Do not share or publish a private order link: another person with the link may be able to use it. Contact Rania with your order number if a file does not open, a link stops working or you need help accessing a purchase.

Payments & access

Website catalogue prices are shown in US dollars. Review the final amount, currency and any applicable tax in the selected payment checkout before authorizing payment. The checkout displays the payment methods currently available for your purchase.

Whish Pay: When you select Whish, payment authorization takes place through Whish’s payment page. This website does not ask for your Whish password or one-time code.

Paddle card payments: When Paddle is available and selected, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for that transaction. You purchase through Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms, while Rania supplies the workbook and product support under these website terms. Paddle handles payment processing and applicable transaction taxes for that purchase.

Paddle’s purchase terms apply to Paddle transactions, not to a separate Whish payment. Your checkout and payment receipt identify the provider used.

Paid files are released only after the payment result has been verified. If confirmation is interrupted, keep the existing order, check its status or contact Rania. Do not start another purchase simply because the confirmation page has not updated.

Refund policy

Because these are digital products, there is no physical item to return. Contact Rania with your order number and a description of the issue if you were charged twice, did not receive access or received a file that is faulty or materially different from its description.

For a Paddle purchase: Refund requests are subject to the Paddle Refund Policy and your applicable consumer rights. You can request assistance through the support link on your Paddle receipt or through Paddle buyer support. Rania can help investigate product and download problems.

For a Whish purchase: Contact Rania to have your request and payment records reviewed. Change-of-mind refunds after delivery are generally not offered, except where required by law. This does not exclude remedies for non-delivery, duplicate charges, defective files or products that are not as described.

Nothing in these policies excludes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights. Downloading a file does not by itself establish that you have validly waived any such rights. Where a refund is approved, access to the refunded resource may be withdrawn, subject to applicable law.

Wellbeing disclaimer

These resources offer self-guided reflection and educational content. They do not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, therapy, emergency support or a substitute for licensed professional care. Personal experiences and outcomes vary; no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Privacy policy

Who handles your information. Rania Mezraani is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact Rania or email mezraanyrania@hotmail.com about your information or a privacy concern.

Information you provide. Contact and checkout forms collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, message and order information. We use these details to answer requests, process orders, verify payments, provide download access and resolve support or refund issues. Please do not send sensitive medical information through these forms.

Payments. The payment provider you select handles the information entered in its checkout. Whish applies its own privacy terms to its hosted payment page. When you use Paddle, its processing of payment, billing and related information is described in the Paddle Privacy Notice. Relevant order and payment-status information is shared as needed to process the purchase and provide access. We do not collect your full card number, card security code or Whish one-time code in our own checkout form.

Website operation and access. Essential session cookies support your shopping bag, order access and administrator sign-in. Hosting and technical service providers support website operation and security. Access to order and contact information is limited to authorized people handling website administration and support.

Weekly reflections. Words entered in “This Week’s Inner Shift” are not sent to this website. You may choose to save them locally in your browser. They remain there until you clear them or clear the browser’s site data, and other people using the same browser or device may be able to read them.

Fonts and external services. This website requests typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information needed to deliver the files. Following an external link, including a WhatsApp contact link, takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Retention and your requests. We retain contact and order information as needed for the purposes described here, including resolving support matters, payment disputes and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete information you supplied. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where legally required or necessary to address an existing transaction or dispute.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, workbook text, exercises, quizzes and downloadable materials belong to Rania Mezraani. A purchase or free download provides a personal, non-transferable right to use the resource; it does not transfer ownership of the content.

You may save and print a copy for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share the files or their contents without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names, logos and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Material policy changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to a completed purchase. Keep a copy of the terms and receipt associated with your purchase.
